At Oakland School, our Virginia summer camp program is designed to ensure the right fit for your child’s academic, social, and emotional needs. Our thoughtful admissions process helps families feel confident in their decision while allowing us to understand each student’s unique strengths and goals for summer camp.

Applications for the 2026 Summer Camp session are now closed. However, because Oakland School operates on a year-round model with rolling admissions, we accept applications throughout the year. To ensure your student is ready for the official start of the 2026–27 school year, please submit your enrollment by August 15th. Or, get a head start and contact us to learn more about our summer offerings for 2027.

$5,300 — Day Camp
$9,300 — Boarding Camp
An informational booklet outlining what to bring will be provided to all enrolled families.

To reserve your child’s place, a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required upon acceptance:
$1,500 — Day Camp Deposit
$2,500 — Boarding Camp Deposit
The deposit is applied toward total tuition and secures your student’s enrollment.

After the required deposit is paid, you may choose from the following payment options based on your camper’s enrollment date. All balances must be paid in full before camp begins on July 6.
1 Installment: Pay the remaining balance in full in one payment at any time before camp begins.
2 Installments: Split the remaining balance into two payments, provided both payments are made before camp begins.
3 Installments: Available for campers enrolled by March 31. Split the remaining balance into three payments, with all payments made before camp begins.
June Enrollment: Campers enrolling in June must pay the remaining balance in full at the time of acceptance.
All registrations completed by June 9 require full payment at the time of enrollment.
